You can cancel your phone insurance from AT&T either online or by phone.
To Cancel Online:
1) Click here to go to the AT&T website.
2) Log in to your account and go the My Wireless page (image below).
3) Select the device with the protection Plan under the My Devices & Features
4) Click on Manage Device & Features and expand AT&T Mobile Protection Pack by clicking on See features button
5) Click Remove at the bottom of the AT&T Mobile Protection Pack (image below).
6) Click on the “Continue” action button to confirm plan cancellation.
Cancel by Phone
- From your AT&T phone, call AT&T customer support at 1-800-331-0500 (available 24/7).
- When prompted say “cancel my mobile insurance plan”.
- The system will guide you through the cancellation process.
- Confirm your cancellation, and you’re all set.
